Top lista nadrealista je bila radio-komedija emitovana na Radio Sarajevu, a kasnije i na TV Sarajevo tokom 1980-ih i ranih 1990-ih.
Top lista nadrealista je startovala 1981. kao deo emisije Primus na Radio Sarajevu. Emisija je postala poznata, dobila svoje vreme za emitovanje, a 1984. je izrodila i televizijsku seriju.
Tokom nekoliko meseci krajem 1984. i početkom 1985. emisija je bila ukinuta. Deo postave koja je stvorila emisiju, većina njih i glumci i pisci, su bili članovi rok grupe Zabranjeno pušenje. Tokom koncerta u Rijeci, pevač grupe i jedan od članova Nadrealista Nele Karajlić je napravio igru rečima nakon što se pokvarilo pojačalo marke Maršal, kazavši: „Crk'o Maršal! Mislim na pojačalo“, uplevši u nju preminulog Josipa Broza Tita, koji je imao vojnički čin istog imena. Grupa i emisija su verbalno napadnuti od strane nekoliko komunističkih organizacija i Nadrealisti su morali da ostanu izvan pažnje javnosti neko vreme. Emisija se nastavila u proleće 1985, bez mnogo protivljenja.
Emisija se najviše sastojala od političke satire, kao i humora povezanog sa mentalitetom naroda na prostorima bivše Jugoslavije (kao što je, na primer, hrkljuš) u obliku skečeva i postala je poznata u bivšoj Jugoslaviji. Krajem 1980ih i početkom 1990ih, mnogi skečevi su se bavili tadašnjom političkom situacijom koja je bila uvod u jugoslovenske ratove. Neki skečevi su se pokazali proročanskim, pošto su opisivali stvari kao što je podela Sarajeva u različite republike, jednu porodicu podeljenu u dva klana i ratovanje zbog kontrole nad sobama u stanu, „značajno“ prisustvo mirovnih snaga UN i njihovo dodavanje ulja na vatru u ovom sukobu.
Nadrealisti su imali čisto pacifističke stavove, često koristeći apsurd da bi opisali preteći rat, na primer upozorenjem da može „da izbije mir i uništi bosanski harmonični rat“ ili davanjem uznemiravajućih upustava kako gledaoci treba da deluju u slučaju „mira“.
